- To ensure that proper and correct assessment methodology and procedure and correct assessment outcomes are implemented at all times in the conduct of assessment
- To maintain professionalism of its accredited competency assessors in dealing with candidate whether during assessment or outside assessment conditions
- To ensure that assessment center facilities, tolls and materials meet industry standard, regularly upgraded, functional in good condition and available at all times
- Ensure continuous quality improvement of service delivery thru timely analysis and prompt and appropriate actions to feedback of internal and external customers
