New Lucena Polytechnic College, situated in the municipality of New Lucena in the Province of Iloilo, was originally established as New Lucena Community College (NLCC) and has been serving the community since 1972. It was officially converted into New Lucena Polytechnic College (NLPC) through Republic Act No. 8596, enacted in March 1998.
